Wisconsin is having another winter weather advisory which means more snow that's already piled sky high on roads and parking lots making it hard to see over when driving.
Last January Lain (Big Picture Scrapbooking) headed up a page a day layout contest that really helped me see scrapbooking in a different light. Every day a completed layout was uploaded to the BPS site and a winner was chosen...by the end of the month there were thirty-one layouts! Some people did every other day, some less but the majority of us felt that we had accomplished a lot. I thought, this is great, I'll keep going and by the end of the year I would have so many pages done. That's when I realized that it really helps when you scrapbook for rewards! LOL
After that month of daily layouts I found I could break away from the chronological order of scrapbooking and that was a good thing (even though I didn't continue a page a day for the entire year!)
