My childhood summers were filled with swimming, fishing, collecting fireflies and plenty of fresh air.
A simple time void of TV and everyday distractions. Where the highlight of our day was bathing in the lake, our favorite activity was catching minnows with our bare hands and my sister and I actually got along!
The photos may fade with time but the memories are still vivid. I'm enjoying scrapping about me this month, it's good for the soul!.
Oh I remember those days too! We literally did bathe in the lake - shampoo and soap... it was so much fun.
