Twelve Tags of Christmas

Day Seven: For the background I used a Cuttlebug embossing plate and distressed it with Wild Honey Distress Ink. I have used Stickey Back Canvas before and love the way it works and placing it on Grunge paper made it firmer yet still pliable. I used a four in one Sizzix flower die and cut as on Tim's blog http://timholtz.typepad.com except I turned the pedals and used the fat end to pinch leaving the pointed end as the flower pedal. I cut the leaves free hand and used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist on both the flower and leaves. I then painted over some white chipboard flourishes with Distress Crackle Pint (Old Paper) and distressed them after they dried. Joyful is chipboard alphas from my stash. Have fun!
