Twelve Tags of Christmas

Day Eight; For this tag I used an old Christmas card with this sweet angel.
After cutting her out I made a stencil of the wings and used Distress Ink (Wild Honey) to cast the shadow under the wings. I stamped over that with a stamp that says "Let Heaven and Nature Sing." I stapled her wings down and let her body float off the tag attaching just the tip of her shoe down. For the background I used Distress Ink, Frayed Burlap, Wild Honey, and Weathered Wood which I then sprayed with a mixture of water and Perfect Pearls and stamped with flourishes.  The houses were sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and Chalkboard Glimmer Mist. Silver letters spell Peace, silver tinsel and white tulle at the top with a silver brad star from American Crafts completes my tag.
